Meet Rachel Teeter-Longendyke: The Woman Who Can Turn Any Room into a Community and Any Moment into a Movement
Some women bring snacks to gatherings. Rachel brings connection.
She’s the type of person who makes you feel like you belong before you’ve even hung up your coat. Service is a love language: not the performative kind, but the “roll up your sleeves and let’s do this together” kind.
Rachel believes in contribution as a path to belonging. She believes advocacy is a muscle you build, not a personality trait you either have or don’t. And she has an uncanny ability to help women remember that their voices matter, their boundaries matter, and their stories matter.
She’s warm, she’s grounded, she’s easy to open up to, and she has a knack for helping people find their courage without feeling pushed.
At the Summit, Rachel is going to guide us through the sweet spot where service and self-advocacy meet… that magical place where we support others and ourselves with equal intention.
If you’ve ever struggled to speak up (or struggled to stop saying yes to everything), Rachel is your woman.
This feature is part of our Women’s Empowerment Summit 2026 speaker series. Ready to learn from these incredible women in person? Join us on February 21 at Treetops Resort in Gaylord, Michigan. Tickets are $140 — secure your spot here!
